Apartments: The resort complex offers 69 apartments (1-bedroom and 2-bedrooms) .
A one-bedroom apartment /1 bdr. ap. / consists of a living room with a kitchen area and a balcony, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a corridor. A one-bedroom apartment could accommodate up to 5 persons:
- The living room is furnished with a folding sofa and folding sofa-bed, a large TV set with cable TV (international channels) , air-conditioning; a balcony with a plastic table and a chairs; a hair-drier at the guest’s disposal;
- The kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven, hot-plates, coffee-making appliances, toaster, refrigerator, utensils, etc.
- The bathroom is equipped with a boiler-heater, toilet, shower, luxurious sanitary equipment;
- The bedroom is furnished with either two single beds or a double bed, cable TV (international channels) , wardrobe, dressing table with a mirror, etc. ;
- The hotel provides free of charge baby-cots when available.
- The corridor has a wardrobe and a luggage rack.
